Membership Pricing

Monthly Memberships

• Ages 12-25: $50/month
• Ages 26-89: $100/month
• Ages 90+: $25/month

Patients age 26 and older who are currently employed as nurses, medical assistants, early childcare workers, or preschool through 12th grade educators may receive a 20% discount on the monthly membership fee.

Note: Direct Primary Care memberships are HSA and FSA deductible.

Additional Options

Family & One-Time Visits

Patients 12-25 who are household members of Progression DPC members paying a monthly membership may pay for one time visits at $75 per visit, without paying a monthly membership fee.
